Unigasket acquires Assotech Srl and strengthens its presence in the earthmoving machinery components market. The Unigasket Group takes another strategic step in its international growth path with the acquisition of a majority stake in Assotech Srl, an Italian company with over 50 years of experience in the rubber profile market for earthmoving machinery, forklifts, and industrial applications. This operation further consolidates Unigasket\u2019s leadership in high-potential market niches and expands its product portfolio with highly technical and specialized solutions.<\/p>

Based in Pianoro (Bologna), Assotech recorded approximately \u20ac10 million in revenue in 2024. Nicola and Leonardo Benincasa will continue in their current operational roles, ensuring managerial continuity and strong industrial expertise within the Group.<\/p>

This marks the fourth acquisition in the last three years, following Allegri Cesare (Italy), Polyfluor Plastic (Netherlands), and MTO Hose Solutions (USA). It confirms Unigasket\u2019s role as a leading industrial platform, aggregating excellence in polymeric materials and technical components for key global industries. With over \u20ac100 million in revenue and an export share of 60%, the Group \u2013 backed by Palladio Holding \u2013 continues to invest in production capacity, innovation, and industrial synergies to meet the challenges of global markets.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
