TWB: tape wrapped convoluted hose

The TWB hose are produced wrapping and overlapping PTFE tape and glass fiber.
They are convoluted on a mandrel and they are subsequently sintered in the oven.
This give to the TWB hoses a high resistance to the pressure and a high flexibility. The TWB hoses can be used for many applications where high frequency thermal cycles are requested.
They can be used in many fields like pneumatic moulding machine , pulp and paper machines etc., with temperature till 200°C max..They are not indicated for steam water cycling with high pressure.
