In the luxury automotive sector, a hypercar seal is never just a finishing detail. It is a critical aerodynamic and structural component that must seal millimeter tolerances between carbon fiber panels, accommodate complex opening kinematics, and maintain perfect sealing against extreme aerodynamic loads at very high speeds. All of this comes with two absolute constraints: adding no unnecessary weight and preserving the stylistic purity of the vehicle.
Unigasket designs and manufactures rubber and silicone seals and profiles for hypercars and sports cars, working in co-design based on the exact specifications of the manufacturer. By managing the entire production cycle internally, from designing prototypes and final molds to rubber extrusion and molding, we are able to achieve complex geometric sections and drastically reduce the development time between the engineering drawing and the delivery of the first sample.

For the bodywork and cabin, we create perimeter profiles for frames and door openings, window seals (fixed and movable), and precision seals for roofs and removable panels. In the engine compartment and high-temperature areas, we use technical gaskets specifically formulated to withstand the thermal and chemical stresses of high-performance engines.
Dimensional precision, long-lasting durability, and performance consistency guide all our production. Unigasket processes advanced elastomeric compounds such as EPDM, Silicone, FKM (Viton), and NBR, which are fully customizable in various hardness levels and colors.
