Unigasket in its commercial expansion strategy has acquired the majority of the shares of Polyfluor Plastic bv, a Dutch company specialized in the distribution of pipes and technical articles in PTFE, PFA, FEP, PVDF, FKM etc. With this acquisition, Unigasket strengthens its presence in the northern European markets of fluoropolymer tubes and enters forcefully into the medical and semiconductor sectors thanks to Polyfluor customers.
